Hello dear visitor! My name is Gigi van Grevenbroek and I want to welcome you to my website. Before you are getting started, please be sure to read the Terms & Conditions carefully here. These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made in my webshop. Once you have placed your order, you automatically also agree with these conditions.

My website has been designed to make online purchasing easy and comfortable for you as a costumer. Once your online order has been submitted, you will be notified via email to confirm your order has been received. If you do not receive this confirmation email within 6 hours, please contact me.

DELIVERY

If you do not receive your order, because of a mistake by the post office, don't hesitate to contact me. Together we will look for a suitable solution.

The shipping-costs will be added to the total amount at the checkout.

All orders will be sent within 5 working days.

CHANGE AND RETURN

If an order reaches you in good condition but you still aren’t satisfied, it unfortunately isn’t possible to return or change your order.

WARRANTY

Please check your order as soon as it is delivered. When your order is damaged or broken, please contact me by mail within 1 week and send a picture of the damage with your message. After I’ve received your email, I will send the product again. Gigi van Grevenbroek will pay for the costs.

RIGHTS

All rights of the products and illustrations bought via the webshop will remain the property of Gigi van Grevenbroek. Products of Gigi van Grevenbroek may under no circumstances be copied or used to produce a new product.

PRIVACY

When you place an order, you have to fill in some personal data. I need these data to complete the order. Your data will only be used for this purpose.
